Polytranspar® Lacquer Based White Wood Sealer
Seal and prime your wood carvings in one easy step. The Polytranspar Lacquer Based White Wood Sealer is a high-quality wood sealer that contains a special fine white pigment which "whites out" your carvings while sealing the wood to accept the paint. Fewer coats of sealer and primer mean more of your carefully carved details show through for the finished carving. Master wildlife artist Mark Frazier likes to apply Polytranspar White Wood Sealer to his carvings with a bristle brush, and then immediately wipe away the excess with a soft cloth. The white pigment in the sealer is not completely opaque with one coat, but produces a white enough base color to satisfy most painting techniques.
