Silk Span has been used for years to repair and stabilize fish fins. Use Mod Podge® as a base coat on the fin and tear a small piece of silk span a little larger than the fin. Place it over the fin and paint another coat of Fintastik over the silk span out to the edge of the fin. Be sure that you do not go past the edge of the fin. Touch a match to the dry edge of the silk span, and the dry silk span will burn back to only the wet edge of the fin. Can also be used in conjunction with Flexible Fin Finish and Tuf-Fin™.
