Artificial Knothole by McKenzie is meticulously cast, sculpted and stained to simulate real wood. The hollow base works exceptionally well for a multitude of small mammals and birds. Constructed of semi-rigid foam, the knothole comes with a backboard to be attached along with the needed hardware. Wire will penetrate the semi-rigid foam for easy anchoring of the mount. For extra security lock the wire in place with Oatey epoxy putty. Wood Ducks, Squirrels, and Raccoons will look right at home mounted on this artificial knothole. After numerous requests we now offer three sizes of Raccoon heads designed specifically for use with this large knothole. Add some moss or black lichen to make the look complete!
