Opaque color is non-bleeding and may be sprayed lightly or thinned to produce semi-transparent effects.
Wigeon Blue is a light sky blue color that is excellent for painting Wigeon bills, Ringneck Duck, Scaup, Redhead, Pintail, Ruddy Duck, Bufflehead and Harlequin.
