Para-Tan by Knoblochs is designed for use as a taxidermy tan but it can also be used for dressing fur. Para-Tan is a complex of polymerized aluminum salts that eliminates the problems associated with alum tanned skins. This cost effective tanning agent will not hydrolize or cause deterioration, gives excellent stretch, will not wash out, won't yellow and has good hair setting ability.
