Frank Kotula resides in Wilkes-Barre, PA where he owns a full-time studio. Frank has won one "North American" and two "National" Championships with fish. He is a recipient of the NTA "Award of Excellence". He has received two "Best of Category" Awards in World Competition, and has won several "Best of Show" and numerous awards at State and Regional Competitions.

Frank shows you everything you need to know from start to finish on how to skin, flesh, mount, finish and paint a Rainbow Trout. Since fish colorations can vary with different regions, any paint schedule used by the instructor could be different from the fish species in your area. Some adaptions may be required. In this regard, we recommend you also use local reference materials of fish from your region.
