Manny Chavez is a certified NTA Judge, and has judged many taxidermy conventions in various states, including the World Show in 2007. Manny is also a seminar instructor, teaching taxidermy to beginners as as well as professional and competition taxidermists.

Manny starts with a tanned cape, and goes through the process of thinning and final cape preparation, and then on to preparing the form for mounting. Manny also shows you his tip on how to create a septum. Every aspect of mounting and finishing is also covered, such as setting the antlers, eyes, and forming earbutts.
