This fine Commercial Flesher features a narrow width that makes fleshing tight areas simpler, broad back plate is easy on the chest and sternum when leaning on it, the plastic guards are easily adjustable to many varied positions, fully enclosed 1/2 hp motor (1725 RPM) to prevent damage from acids and salt, entire top tilts back for easy cleaning and maintenance, and top hub is equipped with a double roller neoprene sealed bearing that is lubricated for its lifetime. For comfort, versatility, and performance, the Dakota V Commercial Flesher is hard to beat.  The Dakota 5 Comes with an instructional DVD, sharpening steels, new blade, nuts and bolts to mount the motor, a pulley, and a belt.
