What does this mean to me?
Depending on your location, the addition of our PA distribution center means that orders will arrive at your door sooner and at lower shipping costs. In addition, you will now have the advantage of picking up orders to reduce your shipping costs even further and the ability to pick up larger forms uncut. Our large pre-finished bases and rocks are a few examples of other large items that can be picked up, saving you time and shipping charges.

What products will be stocked in the distribution center?
Most all products listed in the McKenzie catalog will be stocked in the PA distribution center. We can usually arrange for non-stocked products such as those marked as “NC Only” to be shipped to the distribution center for you to pick up. Please contact customer service for more information concerning non-stocked items.

Will I be able to pick up orders from the PA distribution center?
Yes. In fact, we encourage you to do just that. We would love to have you stop by and pick your orders up. Picking up orders from the warehouse will save you both time and money by eliminating shipping costs and allowing you to pick up large items uncut. The McKenzie team in PA looks forward to meeting you and serving your needs for years to come.

How do I place an order for pickup from the PA distribution center?
Call your orders in to 1-800-279-7985 just as you always have and let the representative know that you would like to pick your order up. We will process the order and have it ready for you to pick up.

When will my order be ready for pick-up?
In-Stock items will be ready for pick-up the same day you place your order.

If I’m located in PA will I have to pay sales tax?
Unless we have a Pennsylvania Exemption Certificate for you on file, we will have to charge you sales tax. We are required to collect sales tax in any state that we operate in. This is money that we must collect for the state on your behalf. Sales & Use tax has always been required. This is no different for you except that McKenzie will now collect tax on items purchased from us and send the tax to the state for you. In the past, you were required to self assess this tax each year and send it in yourself. If you have a Pennsylvania Exemption Certificate (Pennsylvania form REV-1220) on file we will not have to charge you sales tax. In order to send us an exemption certificate you must have a seller’s permit, or resale license number. Most businesses have this, if not, and you wish to get one, you can contact the Pennsylvania Department of Revenue at 1-888-728-2937 to order one. We will need your exemption certificate on file by February 1, 2012 to keep from charging you sales tax.
