Polytranspar™ Retarder is added to slow down the drying time of airbrush paints. This is especially helpful to prevent paint from drying on the tip of the airbrush when spraying spots or detail work around the head. Use this retarder if moisture in the air causes "blushing" with FP (lacquer reducible) paints. In the South or humid areas, it is necessary to use a retarder with FP paints.
