Polytranspar Artificial Water is the most trusted (and best selling) clear casting resin on the market. Tens of thousands of taxidermy habitat scenes have been created with this versatile product.
Now, an improved formulation allows even greater clarity on deep pours. You can create beautiful water surfaces, splash scenes, and ice effects with this crystal clear product. Simply add catalyst, stir and pour. Dries to a smooth, non-tacky finish. Can be poured over plexiglass, cast in molds, manipulated during the gelling stage to create ripples, assembled into intricate splashes, painted over assembled pieces, and more. Each kit includes resin and clear MEK catalyst.
Although the shelf life for this product should be at least six months, the shelf life will be greatly reduced if it is stored near a heat source, or if the container is left open and/or exposed to high humidity.
